Ok, here’s what I think I’ve got lined up for the beacon:

Two independent IPv4 swamp Cs.

Two independent IPv6 /48s.

Two ASNs, one 16-bit, the other 32-bit.

Two domains, one in .net, the other in .org.

In addition to the above, we’ll need:

Two independent transit providers (though this may be problematic, because they would ideally not be ingesting the feeds or downstream of anyone ingesting the feeds).

TLS certs for all of the above.  Let’s Encrypt should be fine.

Does anyone think we need anything not listed above?
